Evidence suggests replacing fabric every 6 months under heavy to medium commercial use and once yearly under light duty use. The absorbent material can be cleaned using a garden hose with a spray nozzle. Fabric replacement kits can be purchased in our online store. A pickleball court can be dried in approximately 8-10 minutes with a single VAPTR MINI ROLLR. The average tennis court can be dried in approximately 20-25 minutes with a single VAPTR PRO ROLLR.

Before drying the court with the VAPTR ROLLR, clear all debris from the surface such as leaves, pine needles, sticks and/or stones.

Push the VAPTR ROLLR over a clean, wet court surface, using straight line passes. After 3 to 4 passes across the court, stop the VAPTR ROLLR near the side or end of a court to empty the water reservoir.

To empty, just pull the VAPTR ROLLR in reverse for 6 inches, and the water will rush out the front of the machine in 2 seconds. Turn the VAPTR ROLLR around on its rear wheels and continue drying the court. No electricity or gas required.

The VAPTR ROLLR can remove up to 95% of water from a court surface in a single pass.

On average, you can expect to empty the water reservoir after every 3 to 4 passes on the width of a standard size pickleball court. However, you may need to empty the reservoir more frequently depending on the amount of water on the court surface. If you observe water escaping from the water reservoir , especially when changing directions, the reservoir is most likely full.

1. Begin by tilting the VAPTR ROLLR onto its back two wheels and moving to an appropriate court edge or area where released water will not impact play.

2. Once in position, keep the front two wheels elevated and pull back on the handle to reverse the VAPTR approximately six inches.

3. Then, lower the front of the VAPTR ROLLR towards the ground until the front wheels touch. This action will release the 2+ gallons of water out the front of the machine in 2 seconds.

The answer depends on many factors including air temperature, surface temperature, sunlight, wind, humidity, court surface material and more. The VAPTR ROLLR removes up to 95% of surface water in one pass. This effect dramatically reduces the time it takes for the court to become playable when compared with traditional foam rollers, squeegees, and towels. We have seen courts completely dry within 5 minutes after using a VAPTR ROLLR.
